When collections are cancelled or delayed by storm conditions, up-to-date information is available here on our website, on Facebook at IWMC PEI, or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-280-8111 for pre-recorded storm messages.

Customers are asked to remove carts and/or blue bags from highways when cancellations are announced to assist with snow clearing operations.

On alternate collection days, please ensure material is at curbside by 7:00 a.m. Your pickup might not be at the same time regular collection is offered.

If conditions are such that service is offered but your material was not on curb on time, please remember that excess material may be placed for pickup on your next scheduled collection. Guidelines for excess material can be found below.
