Cart repair or replacement may be covered by warranty; IWMC staff will determine if carts can be repaired or if they must be replaced and if they are covered by warranty. Mini-bins are not covered by the warranty.
Cart Request
You will receive:
- 240L Waste (black) cart
- 240L Compost (green) cart
- Kitchen mini-bin
- Collection calendar
- Information package
Only one kitchen mini-bin is provided for each cart set. You can purchase an additional or replacement mini-bin for $9.00 (taxes incl.) at our offices or at one of our WWDCs.
If your carts or blue bags are not collected on your scheduled collection day, please call 1-888-280-8111 the following day so we can advise your driver.
