This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Island Waste Management Corporation (“IWMC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Pest Control Services at IWMC Facilities as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFP is for the supply of monthly pest control services to IWMC facilities as listed in Appendix F. Note that the East Prince Waste Management Facility (EPWMF) is a sanitary landfill and windrow compost facility and may require more monitoring and control than the other locations. The Contractor is to provide services in the detection and control of Rats, Mice, Cockroaches, Silverfish and Firebrats, Centipedes, Millipedes, and Non-Wood-Boring Ants. Additionally, services may periodically be required for fly control, bird control, outdoor insect control, lawn care, wildlife removal, etc. These services will be provided at an additional charge.
