Collection App Has Been Reinstated

Good news! Collection information on our app has now been reinstated. If your collection schedule was incorrect prior to the app suspension, and appears to still be incorrect, please follow the steps below to see the correct schedule applied:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the menu toolbar in the upper left hand corner
  3. Click on “Settings”
  4. Click on Address/Zone
  5. Re-enter your address
