Is your road under construction?
Our Customer Service Team have been getting calls regarding missed collections due to impassable roads, blocked by construction vehicles.
The Collection Driver will make an attempt to service your road on its regularly scheduled collection day. However, if they are not able to pass (due to construction, paving, etc.) an alternate collection day will be determined.
We recommend leaving your cart curbside, incase the truck can make the collection in the following days, and report the missed collection to our customer service team.
