Seasonal weight restrictions on roads can affect garbage collection vehicles. As a result, Islanders may experience delays in collection services during this period.

While your driver may normally collect your garbage around the same time each week, collection may occur earlier or later in the day, and in some cases it may take place the following day.
We recommend leaving your carts out, and if your collection has not occurred by the next day, please contact our Customer Service Centre for more information.
